Aerial Views of the Atlas, the Medina & the Sahara

A scenic flight over the High Atlas peaks and valleys, arranged as an add-on to a ground tour through the mountains.

An aerial loop over the Marrakech medina, the Koutoubia and the palmeraie, typically departing from near the city.

A flight over the dunes near the desert, arranged to combine with a ground stay at a private Sahara camp.
Morocco looks different from above: the High Atlas ridgelines, the Koutoubia rising over the Marrakech medina, the palm groves fanning out from the city, and the dunes of the Sahara catching the light. A helicopter flight adds a perspective that a ground tour, however good, simply can't.
We don't operate the aircraft ourselves. Helicopter flights are arranged through licensed local aviation partners, and we handle the coordination so a flight fits smoothly around your ground itinerary, whether that's a short scenic loop over Marrakech or a flight timed into a Sahara trip.
As a registered tour operator founded by Nourddine, a Moroccan native, we can talk through what's realistic for your dates and route, and confirm availability with our aviation partner before anything is booked.
Flights are operated by our licensed aviation partner, not by Trek Morocco Desert directly.
Typical flights run from around 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the route.
Flights are arranged to fit around your existing itinerary, not as a stand-alone trip.
A different angle on the Atlas, the medina or the dunes, for anyone bringing a camera.
Ask us about group size and whether a private flight can be arranged for your party.
Exact departure points depend on the route and our partner's base.
Like any flight, helicopter tours can be delayed or rescheduled for weather or safety reasons.
We coordinate the booking with our aviation partner and confirm the details with you first.

It was an amazing experience with abdou and houcine...we recommend this company for adventures & relaxing holidays in Morocco.Posted on Tripadvisor Mahmoud MVerified Excellent We had an amazing experience with our trip organizer! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made everyone feel welcome from the very beginning. Throughout the trip, he always prioritized our safety and ensured that everything ran smoothly. What made the experience even more special was the historical information he shared at each location. His knowledge and storytelling brought the places to life and helped us appreciate the culture and history much more. He was always happy to answer questions, offered great recommendations, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a well-organized, informative, and enjoyable tour. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!Posted on Tripadvisor Wanderer25079121705Verified Viagens inesquecíveis a Marrocos!! Obrigada Nourddine! Posted on Tripadvisor Sabrina MVerified L'AGENZIA HA SEMPRE RAGIONE...O FORSE NO!!!! Posted on Tripadvisor Asogworld TVerified Breath taking experience Awesome experience, hospitality is top notch.we enjoyed every bit of our time in Morroco. Our Tour Guide Abdou was nice, funny and adapted the plans to our wishes. It was very nice and we highly recommend AbdouPosted on Tripadvisor Tammie PVerified New Year's Chill Solo Trip I waited a little over a month to write this review for a reason. This personal trip was about regrouping and thinking for what's ahead for 2025. I chose The Edgewater because I took my kids and grandkid there the weekend prior to Christmas for festivities in Seattle, and I saw an awesome TikTok about the hotel. That marketing strategy definitely reeled me into the property. In that first stay, we had the opportunity to be in a water suite on one day and city suite the second day, which wasn't originally planned but was an amazing opportunity for my family and me. On this second trip, it was all about me. I scheduled a nice hotel room with city views, which did not disappoint. The room was elegant and the bathroom was beautiful with it's mountainous stone decor. The shower gave the right pressure of hot water, which is a plus if you want to relax in a steam like environment. The part of this review takes a negative into a positive turn. After placing my bags into my room, I headed to the bar for a drink. Sat at the bar and asked the young bartender for a chocolate martini, something different on the last day of the year. He just arrived on shift, and said he would be happy to oblige. However, someone above him came to him to say that the bar was closed and they were closed until the New Year's gathering in the bar / restaurant. There was no sign that the bar was closed due to patrons sitting in the lounge area of the bar and restaurant. When the person who stopped the bartender at the beginnings of making the drink decided to not accommadate, I went to the front desk to state to maybe it would be best to add signage for all guests to know that the bar was closed and to ensure that front staff and all staff were aware prior to shift of the bar being closed for guests staying at the hotel. After that time, I never returned to the bar for the duration of my stay, and ordered room service the entirety of that time. I went there for alone time, I got it. I explained all of this to say, business is business but in customer service and hospitality, all guests should be accommodated on simple requests, such as making a drink on the last day of the year. The highs were the rest of the staff that made my stay very welcoming - LaRelle, Jesse, Lydia, Dave, Thomas, Selena, and Gabe. Those that work in wait staff, valet, and the resturant staff that brought my food order to my room both New Year's night and New Year's morning; both were wonderful people and very friendly. The Edgewater is a beautiful, serene, and elegant property located perfectly on the Elliott Bay. The views are gorgeous, and my favorite views are on the water. I gave a five star for both visits within one week of each other. Would I come back again? I would because staff can either make or break a trip, and the staff there (outside of the one) made the trip for me.
A helicopter flight adds a perspective that a ground tour can’t: the ridgelines of the High Atlas, the rooftops of the Marrakech medina, or the dunes of the Sahara from above. We don’t operate the aircraft ourselves. Flights are coordinated with a licensed aviation operator, and we confirm availability, timing and pricing with them before anything is booked on your behalf.
A helicopter flight works best as part of a wider Morocco trip, whether that’s a scenic loop over Marrakech during a city stay or a flight timed into a Sahara desert itinerary.
As with any flight, helicopter tours depend on weather conditions and operator availability on the day. We’ll always confirm the practical details with you before you commit to a date.
